Developing an MCP integration with 70+ tools to expose Botspace capabilities to AI clients, supporting read and write operations across product modules and existing application workflows.
Implemented MCP audit logging with ClickHouse, capturing tool execution outcomes, errors, and contextual metadata for operational visibility and debugging.
Implemented global and tool-level rate limiting, error handling, workspace authorization, and permission checks to improve the security and reliability of MCP tool execution.
Migrated an existing React Native mobile application from Expo SDK 52 to 54 and React Native 0.76.9 to 0.81.5, addressing compatibility changes and Android SDK 36 requirements.
Implemented ticketing capabilities in the mobile app and expanded feature parity with the web platform, while handling Android and iOS builds, submissions, and release workflows.
Designed and implemented a ticketing system within Botspace, including ticket lifecycle management, configurable states, assignments, comments, and workflow operations, with ClickHouse-powered reporting for ticket analytics.
